Our cast forms can be used for evaluation of oral care products, and to simulate teeth or bone in experiments in industrial or educational laboratories.

Gel Cast Teeth & Bone

Our gel cast teeth and bone offer more consistency over actual specimens, making them an excellent alternative for lab testing oral care and orthopedic products. Himed can vary the density and composition of these forms, and we can cast the teeth with roots or with a mounting hole to help researchers replicate their natural set positions.

Complex Forms & Blocks

Cast hydroxyapatite blocks have enough density to be machined into a variety of small practical forms such as implants or prosthetics. Himed can also gel cast such forms with great accuracy, saving machining time while producing biocompatible forms with great strength.
